When someone says something's "Gone to the Dogs" it usually means it's gone downhill. In the Bible, the Gentiles (non-Jews) were regarded as 'dogs' because they didn't keep the Law and because they ate 'unclean' food. In Acts 10 we look at the story of how the Good News of Jesus Christ, came to the 'Dogs' - the Gentiles - through an unusual set of God-orchestrated events.
